Gabe is LOVING baseball. His team, the BRAVES, are naturally good. He can't wait for practices or games with his Dad as coach. They have their moments of staring into the sky & throwing dirt, but they have fun, and are learning in the process! Tournament starts tomorrow, and if they win, they play again Monday. Gabe is the cutest little ball player.
Gabe has a buddy in the neighborhood that has a dirt bike, so they go riding together in the dirt hills in the nearby fields. He's a careful rider, but not experienced. I'm glad he's cautious and not crazy! He's had a few spills that I think have rocked him a little and scared him. Greg took him and his buddy, Colton, across the canyon to ride a few weekends ago. Gabe loves his 'guy time' with Dad.
Back to baseball! We always share snacks at the games with the McMurdies, our friends from the ward. This is Sydney, Ava's little friend. She was one of the cutest little chubby babies I know. Her brother, Logan is on the team, and her dad, Jeff, helps coach.
